It’s time to get serious about our choice for the future leadership of Nashville!
That is why it’s hard to believe that we might see new candidates announce that they’re running for mayor.
This is a moment to reflect on what you’ve helped us build since I announced my candidacy 341 days ago.
We need a mayor who’s ready to meet the moment on day one — and has been since before this was just another opportunity for higher office.
I wasn’t satisfied with the status quo, and I couldn’t defend it, so I decided to challenge it. Nashville couldn’t wait.
And since I announced, you’ve helped us reach voters in every corner of the county.
You’ve helped us build an amazing community of donors in every zip code in the city.
You’ve helped us build an incredible team that reflects Nashville’s talent and diversity.
And we’re working incredibly hard to win, but we can’t do it without you.
We need you to get involved knock doors, make calls, introduce us to your neighbors.
We need you to get your friends and family registered to vote.
And we need you to make whatever investment you can afford to make.
Thank you so much. 100 days till we reimagine a Nashville for Nashvillians. I can’t wait …
